Powers of God

There are many powers of Good, and there are many powers of evil. But the most evident, is the power of evil. It is so readily available and easy to attain in a world that satan is the god of.

Evil rules this planet, if you don't agree with that, take a look around, crime is increasing, drugs are increasing, suicides, run-a-ways, sexual activity is increasing and greed is everywhere, for who does not wake up in the morning and think "What can I do for me today"?. unless your a True Christian, then you think "What can I do for others today"? If you still have doubts that the world and/or most people are evil, consider this verse.

  • John 12:31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out
Also (John 14:30). Jesus Christ Himself stated three times that Satan or Evil is the prince of this world. It is also written that Satan is the god of this world.
  • II Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
  • Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
So by that verse alone we can accurately say that few are going to Heaven. If only a few are going to Heaven and will find that narrow and difficult path, then we can say that most people are evil, thus evil rules the Earth, because the majority are going through the broad and wide and easy gate that leads to destruction during the Tribulation Period.

So I'm sorry to say, but the power of evil is far greater than the powers of good here on Earth. This is why it is difficult to be a True Christian. Like the previous verse says, Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

Most all of us know the powers of evil, but for the sake of those who do not know, i will list some, also note that there is Scriptures that teach whosoever does these things will not enter into the Kingdom of God: Devil worshiping, Witchcraft, Black Magic, Evil Spirit possessions, Fornicators, Perverted sex (men w/ men, women w/ women, humans with animals, adults w/ children, anything other than sex between Husband (man) and Wife (woman)) Adulterers, Adulteresses, Lustful thoughts, Evil desires, Making threats, Forcing against one's will, Those who abuse themselves, Those who abuse others (mental or physical), Whores, covetousness, Idolaters, Friends of the world, Those who love this life, The lawless, Insubordinates, Ungodly, SINNERS, Unholy, Profane, Murderers, Kidnappers, LIARS, Perjurers, Boasters, Greed, Pride, The Proud, Blasphemers, Disobedient to parents, Unthankful, deviant sex, Truce breakers, False accusers, Fierce, Despisers of those who are good, Traitors, Highminded, Lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God, Lovers of money more than lovers of God, AND IF THERE IS ANY OTHER THING CONTRARY TO SOUND DOCTRINE. (I Timothy 1:10)

Now I'm starting to see why only a few will go to Heaven and many will not. Well enough about the powers of evil, what are the powers of good? They are some of these: LOVE, Faith, Patience, Kindness, Giving, Caring, Concerned, Sincere, Understanding, Unselfish, Holy, Blameless, Righteous, Forgiveness are all powers of good and if you continue in all these powers of good then you will receive the powers of God, which are some of these

  • I Corinthians 12 8: For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9: To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10: To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11: But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

So these gifts we receive from the Spirit once we have attained that level of spirituality that allows us to be True Christians, What else does the Scriptures say?

  • Mark 16:15: And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16: He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17: And these signs shall follow them that believe;  In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18: They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Here's another verse that Jesus Christ said.

  • John 14:12: Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

He did not say might or maybe, He said SHALL DO. So a True Christian will have powers and as Jesus said, even more than He did, Jesus also told His disciples they would have power if they believed. Do you have these powers? If not are you still within your sins?

  • Matthew 21:18: Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered. 19: And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away. 20: And when the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away! 21: Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. 22: And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
Can you imagine making a mountain remove from here to the sea, or even making a fig tree wither away just by your words. A True Christian will be able to do all these things that i spoke of. The Bible preaches that a True believer WILL receive one or many of these gifts, not might or maybe, but will receive.

But like most everything in life, they are not free, you have to earn them, You will suffer trials and tribulations. you will be tested, and if you endure through the trials and tribulations, God will grant you those gifts. As it is written difficult is the way and few will find it. (Matthew 7:13-14 )

Why are we not seeing miracles performed by so many proclaimed Christians in this generation, maybe because most of them are still living in sin and are not walking in the light as Jesus did. So then, those sins that you so easily commit is preventing you from healing people, or any of the other gifts of the Holy Ghost to manifest to the world. This generation does not see many miracles performed by billions of professed Christians, why is that? 2.19 Billion professed Christ in the world, you would think there would be so many miracles performed in the world that Most people of the world would convert to Christianity. But what do we see from 2.19 Billion professed Christians in the world. NOTTA. Nil. Nothing. Why is that? i will tell you why because most of those 2.19 Billion people who profess Jesus as their Lord and Savior are Nicolaitans. Believing and/or teaching false doctrines that are contrary to the Word of God, living in sin, and making excuses for them. repenting for sins, but have no intention to ever cease from those sins. Nicolaitans they are.

Another reason we (Christians) do not have any power, is because satan has divided the Body of Christ. satan knew all to well, if we all stand together, think the same things, have ONE mind, ONE BODY that we would have Power from God to overcome satan. So satan causes many divisions. we have over 120 different denomination because we merely agree to disagree, instead of doing what the Bible tells us to do and come to ONE mind, to come to an agreement. NO, we just divide. We are so divided it is almost impossible to even have a Bible study without getting in arguments over what version to use, or an interpretation of this verse compared to that verse.  The Church has no power, because we are so divided. So divided that you can't even tell what the body looks like. The number one thing that divides the Church so as to deprive it of any Power, is interpretations.
